3. Refund Request

Clients may request a refund within thirty (30) days of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received. However, once the Company has commenced work, the service obligation shall be deemed fulfilled.

4. Cancellation Fee

If a refund is granted, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service fee paid shall apply.

6. Force Majeure

Vakilkaro shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, and other force majeure events. In such cases, IndiaFilings is not liable for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations.
